• When can we come see it?  We offer site visits by appointment only. We are here Monday – Friday from 10am-5pm and most Saturdays from 11am – 2pm. We also can schedule occasional evenings and Sundays. 

  • Do you have a preferred or exclusive catering list?  Nope! We are open to any licensed and insured caterer of your choosing. We work with several great companies and are happy to share our recommendations with you! 

  • ​Can we BYOBOf course! We require that your licensed and insured caterer serves the alcohol and that they have a catering liquor license and are able to provide proof of liquor liability insurance and Basset certified bartenders. We highly recommend Prestige and Garfield's and are happy to work with you and your caterer to coordinate deliveries. Most caterers have excellent BYOB packages to supplement your event with cups, ice and all the fixings of a great cocktail!

  • Do we have to find all of our own vendors? No way, we are here to help! We partnered with American Bocce Co. for the ultimate interactive entertainment, and have plenty of other recommendations to great caterers, planners, DJs, A/V, floral, and more.

  • I hear you have a backyard, any catch? No catch, it's always green at Bridge 410! We have 4,000 sq. ft of private outdoor space, so it's perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, family parties, corporate outings, or anything else you want to celebrate.  

  • This sounds great but what else is included? Great question! Your rental includes one on site facility manager, all cleaning fees and full private access to The Carriage House, the Loft Room, the backyard, our 20 spot parking lot and the bridal suite. In addition, we have a variety of amenities listed here

  • Any parking nearby? Plenty! We have a parking lot for 20 cars with ample free street parking surrounding our space.

  • It looks awesome, how do we reserve a date?  You can put a 14 day courtesy hold on any one available date you'd like. You can place a hold once you have visited Bridge 410 in person and we require confirmation of the hold date in writing via email. Once two weeks has passed, we will follow up with you to see if you've decided! In the meantime, if another client comes along interested in your date, we will reach out to you and give you 48 hours to decide!

  • What hours are included in the rental? Our Saturday rentals are based on a 6 hour total event with an additional 3 hours for set up and 1 hour for breakdown for a total of a 10 hour rental. Weekday and Friday/Sundays are based on a 4 hour event. We are happy to add more time just send us an email to discuss! 

  • Any parking nearby? We have a parking lot for 20 cars and there is plenty of street parking too.


  • Do we get the whole space for our event?  Absolutely, each event is important to us and deserves our full attention. We can set up the venue in many different ways to accommodate events of all sizes. 

  • Can we do a Ceremony Rehearsal?  Yes! You can schedule your rehearsal for the day before your wedding date (except holidays). Since we may book an event the evening before yours, we will contact you 1 month before your date to confirm the timing of your rehearsal.

  • Do you have any equipment on site we can use? Of course, here is the list: Amenities

  • Can we bring candles? Of course, they just need to be contained in a votives!
