About the Venue

Guests have access to all of our event areas during their rental (backyard is seasonal) and a host of amenities. While each space is distinctly different, they tie together to create a one-of-a-kind, custom experience. The event areas total over 10,000 square feet and includes coveted touches like gated parking, enterprise-strength wi-fi, and furniture.

The Carriage House

Originally built to store horse-drawn carriages in the early 1900’s, The Carriage House serves as the focal point of our interior. Exposed brick and vintage accents are complemented by custom polished epoxy floor and warm, modern chandeliers along this long, elegant room. Ceremony drapes allow for breakouts, presentations, and seated dining, while the french doors separating The Carriage House from The Backyard add graceful, natural light.

The Loft

The layout is innately social with a built-in loft that creates another room-within-a-room and a unique vantage point to observe festivities from overhead. Perfect for a dance floor, cocktail hour, or myriad of breakout rooms, this welcoming space with a vintage gameroom feel becomes the life of the party.

The Backyard

This outdoor event sanctuary absolutely pops against it’s industrial Chicago backdrop. Bridge 410’s signature outdoor space has served as home to anything from wedding ceremonies, to social sports leagues, to pop-up markets. The turfed grounds are flanked by a cement patio perfect for food truck access. Overhead, bistro lights glow on late summer nights and the Paulina Street Bridge towers just beyond the yard’s private fence.
