When can we come see it? We offer site visits by appointment only. We are here Monday – Thursday from 10am-5:30pm and most Saturdays from 9am – 12pm. We are happy to be flexible.

Do you have a preferred or exclusive catering list? We have an excellent Preferred Catering List with over 20 catering options! We are happy to direct you to which may be the best fit for your style. Our partners host everything from formal seated dinners to your very own backyard BBQ. We do ask that you pull from our list!

Can we BYOB? Of course! We require that your licensed and insured caterer serves the alcohol and that they have a catering liquor license and are able to provide proof of liquor liability insurance and Basset certified bartenders. We highly recommend Prestige and Garfield's and are happy to work with you and your caterer to coordinate deliveries. Most caterers have excellent BYOB packages to supplement your event with cups, ice and all the fixings of a great cocktail!

Can we just bring in our own licensed bartender? All beverage service at Bridge 410 will be provided by your licensed and insured caterer who must carry an off premise liquor license for the City of Chicago.

Do we have to find all of our own vendors? No way, we are here to help! Our in-house social social sports partner, Oddball Entertainment, provides tons of interactive games, and we have plenty of other recommendations to great florists, planners, photographers, DJs, A/V, and more.

I hear you have a backyard, any catch? No catch, it's always green at Bridge 410! We have 4,000 sq. ft of private outdoor space, so it's perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, family parties, corporate outings, or anything else you want to celebrate.

This sounds great but what else is included? Great question! Your rental includes one on site facility manager, all cleaning fees and full private access to The Carriage House, the Loft Room, the backyard, our 15 spot parking lot and the bridal suite. In addition, we have a variety of amenities listed here!

Any parking nearby? Plenty! We have a parking lot for 15 cars with ample free street parking surrounding our space.

What if we need some time to think about it? You can place a 14 day courtesy hold once you have visited Bridge 410 in person and we require confirmation of the hold date in writing via email. Once two weeks has passed, we will follow up with you to see if you've decided! In the meantime, if another client comes along interested in your date, we will reach out to you and give you 48 hours to decide!

Looks awesome, how do we book a date? Yay! We can’t wait to work with you. We will send over a contract and invoice when you are ready to move forward. Once the 50% deposit is received and the contract is signed then your date is confirmed!

What hours are included in the rental? Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are based on a 6 hour event for a total of a 10 hour rental. We include 3 hours for set up, 1 hour for break down and 6 hours for your event. Weekday pricing is based on a 4 hour event and a total of a 7 hour rental with 2 hours for set up and 1 hour for breakdown. We are happy to add more time just send us an email to discuss!

Do we get the whole space for our event? Absolutely, we include full access to our 10,000 square foot event space which includes the Loft Room, The Carriage House and the Backyard. You will be the only client that we book that day so we can spend our time focused on you!

Can we do a Ceremony Rehearsal? Yes! We are happy to accommodate a ceremony rehearsal. Timing and availability will be based on our event schedule. Since we may book an event the evening before yours, we will contact you 2 weeks before your date to confirm the timing of your rehearsal.

Do you include a day of planner or coordinator? We include 1-3 on site facility managers for your event. They are there for all things venue related including temperature control, lighting, cleaning the restrooms and overseeing vendor arrivals and departures. If you are a wedding client, we require that you hire a professional, certified wedding planner for “day of” services, minimally, to handle your day-of wedding needs while on-site. As the venue, we are responsible for oversight of staffing and vendors as well as general building related needs (lighting, temperature, security).

Can we bring candles? Of course, they just need to be contained in a votives that go higher than the wick!

Can we hang our own DIY decor? We are not in the business of saying no so we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We can not drill new holes in our walls and require that any decorations that require the use of a ladder are hung by professionals. We can’t risk you or your pals getting hurt on your special day!

Are we responsible for clean up? Bridge 410 will clean the space before and after your event. This includes sweeping, mopping and detailing the restrooms. In order to get your full deposit back, your vendors are required to meet break down procedures and policies not limited to but including removal of all trash, rentals and spot sweeping/mopping.

Can we get ready in the Wedding Suite? Our rentals include access to the Wedding Suite starting 3 hours prior to the event. If you’d like to use the space the entire day to do hair and makeup, great! There is an additional $500 to rent the space for the day.

Do I need to provide my own insurance? We require corporate events to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance. We require our wedding clients to get Day of Special Event General Liability insurance - We require $1M general aggregate / $1M per occurrence including property damage for both policies.
